- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So, my kids had been seeing Dr Head for about a year and a half. I called one day for an emergency apt as my daughter had a terrible rash. The receptionist proceded to tell me that my children had missed 3 apts in a row and would no longer be considered patients. Dont get me wrong, Dr Head is awesome! Super nice guy and very kid-friendly. However, this practice is ENTIRELY TOO NEW to be turning away patients. Build your clientel before you make decisions like that. I understand policy and all, but I am sure if Dr Head knew his -lazy- staff had done this he would not be happy. I work at a dental office, I know the deal when patients are turned away. You DID NOT "want" to see said patient that day in hopes you might get off early or whatever the case may be...lolJune 16, 2017by Cendra Miller
