- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called mid October after relocating to Nac from Dallas. The appt. was a month out. 2 days before the appt. they decided they need paperwork so I had to leave work to get it. Could they not have mailed it in the span of the month? The day before the appt. they called and advised that they are declining to see the patient. No explanation given.
